Finally a chance to really get away. Friends of ours offered us the use of a family owned apartment in Roquetas del Mar (by Almeria on the southwest coast of Spain) over the
holidays. It was wonderful, relaxing and good for the soul. The first “non-singing” vacation we’ve had since 1996 when I first came to Germany. The apartment (compact, but with living room, 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen
and balcony) had a view direct to the sea.
